General
These terms govern the use of the ERP-CRM service provided by Enterprise FOSS-ON-LINE, a limited liability company, EDRPOU 30291001. By using the service or sending a request you agree to these terms.
The service
The service provides cloud sites based on Frappe, ERPNext and other open-source apps. The set of apps is agreed when you are connected.
Trial and plans
The trial lasts 14 days. After it the site runs on the plan you choose. Plan prices are listed on the Pricing page, in US dollars per month.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for access to your account and for the data you enter. Using the service for illegal activity or in ways that harm other users is prohibited.
Your data
The data you enter on your site belongs to you. Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
